Barbecue as a craft

Barbecue for us doesn't start at crafting our own rub. It doesn't start at building and maintaining a fire with real wood for hours. It doesn't start with a 4:00 AM cook. It doesn't start with an all night cook. It doesn't start at shopping for the best ingredients. It doesn't start with planning and dedicating time for events.

It starts in an orchard. Sometimes when it's too hot, sometimes when it's too cold, getting up early, or staying out past dark. We cut our own wood, load it ourselves and bring it back.

When you are tasting our products you are tasting hours of hard work that goes into crafting them. We know that the difference matters, and it means that the extra time is worth it.
